Why do I call the tools ….Power Helpers? They simply help us WIN! These tools enhance change actions and work in tandem with what you’re doing.
Our choices, actions plus tools make us proficient every day at becoming more capable in the change practice. Mighty power rangers enhance our strength, durability, agility and combat prowess! (remember: we are fighting to be our best selves). Locking the change in place like breathing! Before it is done, you have developed new habits. Boom!

These tools can become your Superpowers! The wealth of aids to accommodate how you learn is expansive, every form available, from yoga, Qigong, dance, tapping (EFT, also known as emotional freedom technique), hypnosis and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) to prayer, affirmations, meditation, inspirational books, webinars, videos, and podcasts.
Honestly, these helpers make the process better and keep you connected to Source.

At the end of the day, when we set our change goals, we need to make sure we address areas of mind, body, and spirit. Alignment is key. Establish connection practices for mind, body, and spirit essential to success. The variety of forms allows you. Woohoo!
I have tried just about everything listed here, my established go-to’s are prayer, affirmations, and more prayer.
Stack the deck in your favor! Individually and in combination, helpers possess their own unique purpose. Use them together to make a Superpower team. The collective value of this teaming is a maximum positive affecting the change process. We have taken another step in giving ourselves permission to WIN!
