We are going to take a quick detour and talk about management helpers. Tools that can aid in our change success, because a positive outcome does not happen in isolation.
I want to throw out to you a couple of the various tools at your disposal to assist in managing this process. These are some of the various management aids/tools I have in use and found they added value to the process and outcome.

The whole idea of personal change management is that the action is one of participation. This is how we get to celebrate small successes daily that reinforce the positive values of the change.
Why do I call tools ….. Power Helpers? because they simply help us WIN! These tools assist in enhancing changing actions, working in tandem with what you are doing.
Our actions plus tools make us proficient every day at becoming more capable in our change practice. Our mighty power rangers enhance our strength, durability, agility and combat prowess! (remember: we are fighting to be our best selves). Stronger! Locking the change in place like breathing! Before it is done, you have developed new habits. Boom!
Superheroes! …. Priceless.
These tools can become your Superheroes! Our tools can span every form available, such as prayer, affirmations and meditation, hypnosis and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), yoga, tapping (EFT, known as emotional freedom techniques), inspirational books, webinars, and videos.
There is such a wealth of aids and tools to accommodate how you learn. Honestly, the power rangers make the change management more fun. For instance, if you like getting physical, yoga, tai chi, Qigong may be something that works best to keep you connected to Source.

Change tools help to establish practices and essential to your success. At the end of the day, when we set our change management goals, we need to make sure we address these areas of mind, body, and spirit so they align. These aids span a variety of forms & practices for mind, body, and spirit. Woohoo!
I have tried just about everything that I am listing here as a change management tool. Some of them I still use and others just didn’t quite stick with me. I myself, use and have used a combination of reading for motivation, prayer, hypnosis & NLP, affirmations, and mirror work.
I am a tool stacker. I endeavor to maximize the change outcome positively. So, I am always looking for new practices and tools to integrate that will add value to what I’m currently doing. The value of the tool to the change process is what is KEY!

It is like stacking the deck in your favor! Individually and in combination, management aids (tools/Helpers) possess their own unique purpose. Use them together to make a SuperPower team. The collective value of this teaming is a maximum positive affecting change in the process. We have taken another step in giving ourselves permission to WIN!
