As you will see, I am a BIG proponent of encouraging intelligence, progressive thought, and authentic soul living. I believe in using change management in successful personal evolution. I strive in each blog post to reveal some aspect for you to consider in your personal “D”(evelopment)!
Now ……..What the H*ck?!?! – part 1
Change management — is a process for navigating change.
If you think about, we as humans are mutually intricate and complex. Okay so, change management in all its glory has “3” very instrumental and diverse aspects to consider: A(ffect) change, C(ontrol) change, and A(dapt)
YES, look at “ACA” as ” LIFE” health insurance, an A(ffected ) C(are) A(ct).
It is these three areas of managing change that aids in success. This is proactive “You” maintenance!!! These three actions are command central to the process.
As you may be so keenly aware, we encounter changing conditions daily, over which we are powerless. Nevertheless, this is what control and adapt is about. Our control and adaptive abilities are within us! So, with all the grace you can muster, fix what is not working and keep Pushing!
The three central aspects mentioned above are essential to growth and sustaining new growth consistently.
Let us examine these further. Check it, we may already be in the change or in the process of planning change. Even so, it is necessary to affect to effect, control, and adapt.
A(ffect) change: this is the “YOU” ingredient — the external force that will produce a desired LIFE effect!
C(ontrol) change: an important part of the management process to ensure alignment with life needs. It is equally important to consider and support each change(s) with awareness.
A(dapt) change: re-evaluate current strategies or methods, and establish coping tools to respond effectively to your changing life environment.
